Hair Testing Analysis:

A service that offers fewer possibilities for tampering (i.e. dilution or substitution of specimen). Quite often the hair test will pick up prior drug use that urine testing does not. The donor is more apt to tamper with a urine specimen than a hair specimen. Hair testing gives about a 90-day history of drug use. Urine testing only goes back 3-5 days. You are able to detect more drug use by using a combination of both urine and hair testing. Because of the detection windows, the combination gives the client the best of both technologies. Urine testing will detect very recent users and hair testing will detect the user who has abstained to pass the urine test. Laboratory hair testing is certified by both SAMSHA and CAP. The procedures used in hair testing mimic SAMSHA guidelines. Your company can feel confident that your testing is being performed under the same rigid standards as those set forth by SAMSHA, which are considered the finest in the country. Hair testing uses the latest technology, MS|MS, for result confirmation. MS/MS is approximately one thousand times more sensitive than GC/MS. This process detects the presence of drugs at much lower levels, which means increased detection rate for the employer.

Rapid Drug Screening:

A service ideal for pre-employment and reasonable suspicion applications. ITI can provide immediate on-site drug testing results with use of our rapid drug testing kit. This one-step testing device can test for up to 5 drugs (Amphetamines/Methamphetamines, Cocaine, Phencyclidine, Opiates, and Marijuana). This type test is used to obtain a visual, qualitative result and is intended to be used for reasonable suspicion screening purposes. The rapid drug testing kit provides results in 3 to 5 minutes, proven laboratory accuracy, cost effective, FDA approved, and any positive screen will be forwarded to the laboratory for confirmation.

Saliva Screening:

A service that is the preferred testing specimen due to the relationship between saliva alcohol concentrations and blood alcohol concentrations. The saliva to blood ratio is 1 to 1, whereas breath is 0.00048 to 1. ITI provides several methods of alcohol screening to better suit your organizational needs.
