| J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. and Indiana Testing, Inc. announced today that they have settled their dispute over J. J. Keller’s allegations of copyright infringement and breach of license against ITI, for an undisclosed sum of money and a consent judgment that ITI will not use any J. J. Keller materials in its products. ITI agreed not to contest the validity of J. J. Keller’s copyrights involved in the litigation in the US. District Court in Milwaukee but denied any liability for copyright infringement. |
